I can not connect to my PrestaShop Admin console, what can I do?

Symptoms


You are trying to log in to your PrestaShop Admin console and connection validation is unsuccessful.


Explanation


When you try to sign in to your PrestaShop Admin console, PrestaShop tries to create a cookie. This cookie is linked to the IP you had when connecting and, by default, PrestaShop checks that the IP has not changed during browsing. Because Fasterize uses multiple IPs to send queries to your original servers (the Fasterize platform is made up of multiple servers), the PrestaShop check may fail quite often and randomly and cause the user to log out.


Solution


You must disable the IP address check. To do this, go to the PrestaShop Administration Console by navigating directly to the origin without going through Fasterize , and click on the Administration menu , then Preferences , then disable Check IP in cookie
